The custody battle over baby Bryn is finally over.

Bethenny Frankel and her ex-husband Jason Hoppy have finally reached on agreement over who will get custody over their 4- year-old daughter.

It looks like the two will be sharing the co-parenting status, but details on the agreement have not been revealed at this time.

Bernard Clair, Hoppy's lawyer said after the hearing, that his "client is delighted that this custody battle has been resolved; that his co-parenting status has been acknowledged; that the parties' child will have the benefit of being raised by both parents; and most importantly, that his daughter will no longer be at the mercy of a high-profile courtroom battle."

He continues by adding, "Jason wishes Bethenny only the best of luck, and he looks forward to sharing with her all of the joyous occasions, milestones, and blessings that will be coming up in his daughter's future."

Their custody battle took a heated turn last week when Frankel revealed in her testimony that Hoppy was hell bent on destroying her.

"If you don't want to be with me and you're ending this marriage, I want nothing to do with you ever again," Frankel testified according to the New York Daily News, before adding that Hoppy also said "I'm going to destroy you."

The former Real Housewives of New York star continued by saying, "He said, 'You're dead to me. I want nothing to do with you. You think I want to be with you on the holidays? You're a piece of s--t. You're garbage. You have no idea what I've got on you."

Pretty intense, don't you think?

Lucky for them the court case is finally over, and they can both move on with their lives. However, they will have to learn how to be around one another if they want to spend holidays and special occasions with their daughter.
