Tamar Braxton may be in the hot seat dealing with some legal "drama.com."

MStars has learned that a songwriter is claiming that Tamar took one of the songs for her new album and even stole her vocals; how is that possible, we'd like to know too.

If you ask, Emmi Kozulin she is the woman claiming that she co-wrote "One on One Fun" with Angela Hunte. The woman who is coming forth says that she recorded a version of the song on her own.

Kozulin is claiming that Hunte passed along the song to Toni Braxton's sister, Tamar for her album "Love and War." Kozulin does admit to giving  Hunte the permission to license the lyrics, but Kozulin claims the "Love and War" singer recorded a version including vocals from Kozulin's version, which is causing all the drama.

TMZ also says that Kozulin is claiming that she is the co-writer of the song, and that makes her entitled to 50% of the royalties, plus damages.

A rep in the Braxton camp revealed that the fight is between the writer and producer, and that "has nothing to do with Tamar."
