To begin this look, make sure your nails are clean and filed to a rounded tip. Feel free to shape your nails in your preferred style, but the rounded tip will add to the bubbled appearance.

Once filed, coat your nails with a base polish. This can be a strengthening base coat or your favorite clear polish. I chose to begin using OPI's Nail Envy after hearing rave reviews online. You can get this polish at any beauty supply like Ulta or Sally Beauty Supply.

Begin creating the bubbles by adding droplets of a bright pink polish onto the nail. I used OPI's Hotter Than You because it's my brightest pink in my nail polish arsenal.

This is when this process gets tricky.

Let your pink droplets dry only for about a minute. Then take a cotton swab and soak it in nail polish remover. Remove the excess remover and lightly tap the tip on the pink droplets.

Continue this process while layering the droplets on top of eachother. this will give an added depth to your bubbled manicure.

When you have filled your nail to the rim with bubbles, allow your polish to dry. Once dry, you should add a couple layers of a clear top coat. This is especially necessary if you have raised bubble rims.

Will you be trying this look over the Summer, perhaps with a different color of bubble? Let us know in the comments below!
