Apparently, Iggy Azalea totally respects fellow songstress Lorde, but she thought the 17-year-old's tribute to Nirvana at the 2014 Hall of Fame induction ceremony was a tad bit "inappropriate."

The "Fancy" rapper recently revealed to Billboard  magazine, "Nothing against her, but I think when you're doing a tribute to someone that's dead, generally it should be the person's peer... Lorde is not Kurt Cobain's peer. No matter if she killed the performance or not, I just don't think it's appropriate."

Wow - do Mstars fans agree? Check out Lorde's performance of "All Apologies" alongside Nirvana's surviving members. Lead vocalist Kurt Cobain passed away in 1994. The Hall of Fame event took place at Brooklyn's Barclays Center back on April 10:
