Homeland has added quite a few actors to its Season 4 roster recently, and House of Cards alumnus Corey Stoll is one of them. The actor recently dropped a few tidbits about his role on the show.

The following comes from the "Spoiler Chat" column at E! Online:

"Mike N.: I'm getting excited for the new season of Homeland. Any scoop to share?
Prepare to meet a major new player in season four as House of Cards star Corey Stoll is set to join the series. 'I'm the station chief in Pakistan and up-and-coming in the agency,' Stoll previewed for us. 'I think that's all I can say, I'm sorry!' OK, he did spill a bit more, like who he will be sharing a lot of scenes with: 'I am working with Claire Danes,' he confirmed."

The show also added Life of Pi star Suraj Sharma in a recurring role as Aayan Ibraham, "a Pakistani medical student who crosses paths with Carrie Mathison " according to EW.com. The actor can currently be seen in Million Dollar Arm alongside Jon Hamm.

Bored to Death's Laila Robins has also joined Homeland as series regular Martha Boyd, the United States Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Season 4 "will find Carrie assigned to one of the most volatile and dangerous CIA stations in the Middle East where she is back on the front lines in the war on terror."

Many fans of the show were upset, even outraged, at the series when Homeland made the controversial decision to kill off Nicholas Brody in its Season 3 finale. The choice divided the fans, as some understood the sacrifice for the sake of the plot, while others were upset at the loss of the most interesting character (and perhaps best actor) on the show.
