Chris Brown, Karrueche Tran Partying Before D.C. Assault Case, 'X' Album Release Before June 25 Trail Date?

Singer, Chris Brown wants to party hard with girlfriend, Karrueche Tran just in case he gets ordered back to jail for his D.C. assault.

According to Hollywoodlife.com, while working overtime on his "X" album, the 25-year-old singer is trying to enjoy some time he's missed during rehab and his prison stint.

Sources closer to the "Fine China" singer, say that the star isn't the homebody type, "It's not against the law for him to get out and being social, it's part of his job," the insider revealed. "Plus Chris is way too hyper to stay home every night. He's young and he just got out of jail, of course he wants to let loose."

According to TMZ, the international star may not have much cuddling time left since a prosecutor is looking to send Chris back for his D.C. assault incident stemming back from October 2013.

Legal documents filed by the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia shows push for an early trail date as soon as June 25.

The source says that Chris wants to have fun just in case his thrown back in jail for more time, "For all he knows he could end up back there so he's making the most of his freedom. Yeah, I'm sure there are people telling him to stay home, but Chris is a grown man, he's going to do what he wants to do, end of story."
