Lawsuits pop up from nowhere it seems and this time, the target is Usher who has been accused for using a tune without permission.

DJ Mixx whose real name is Aubrey Davis claims that his 2008 musical arrangement for "Let's Go" got into the hands of Usher during a time when Davis was trying to find songwriters to add lyrics to the track.

Apparently Usher used the music to his song "Hey Daddy" from the album Raymond v. Raymond and copyrighted the music as the singer's own work.

Davis filed the lawsuit in Florida and is demanding for Usher to no longer use the song, as reported on TMZ.
