Using a dotting tool gives this classic look a revitalization.

To begin this look, make sure your nails are clean and filed to a rounded tip. Feel free to shape your nails in your preferred style.

Once filed, coat your nails with a base polish. This can be a strengthening base coat or your favorite clear polish. I chose to begin using OPI's Nail Envy after hearing rave reviews online. You can get this polish at any beauty supply like Ulta or Sally Beauty Supply.

Apply two coats of a pink nude nail polish. I have really grown attached to Brucci's Bare Essentials. After this polish dries, grab your preferred white nail polish. Following previous articles, you'll know I have used Brucci's Snow White. What can I say, I like the brand!

Using the dotting tool, dip your dot into your white nail polish until a medium sized drip forms. Immediately, place your drop over the tip of your nail and let it form a white bead on your nail.

Continue this process along the edge of your nail. Once you have created a line of dots along your nail edge, you will want to connect them with a swipe of your white nail polish brush. This will connect the dots and create a more unified look.

Allow your nail polish to dry completely before applying your top coat.
