Shannon Leto, brother of Oscar Winner Jared Leto (Dallas Buyers Club), was arrested for driving under the influence. In a case of really bad lock, another charge was added to his DUI and his upcoming tour may be postponed.

The Thirty Seconds to Mars drummer is the older brother of the recent Academy Award winner. The sibling duo formed the band together and went on to critical success after their follow-up album, A Beautiful Lie, hit the billboard charts. As an adolescent, the musician already had problems with drug abuse and debouched lifestyle.

TMZ reports the older sibling was somewhere in Hollywood when the driving incident happened. Police had spotted Leto's car stalled on Fairfax Blvd. According to TMZ's law enforcement sources, cops saw signs of impairment from the driver.

Not only was he driving under the influence, US Magazine also states Leto also had an outstanding traffic warrant. The entire time, the This is War songwriter had been driving without a license. Imagine if he had hurt someone under his drunken state?

Leto is currently in jail and being held on bail. The occasional actor would have to pay $5,000 for the DUI charge. Add $2,500 to the bill already for the unlicensed driving. Do you think little brother Leto will pay for the entire bill?

According to MTV, the band is supposed to be on tour in Turin, Italy on June 19. No word yet if the tour would have to be cancelled because of his arrest.  That would be bad for music fans if they had already paid for tickets.

Shannon Leto has been arrested for DUI and driving without a license. Readers, do you think little brother will help out the big one and bust him out of the slammer?
