For a long while people have started to believe that the NBA's best player, LeBron James, may just come home to play for his old team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, but it's looking increasingly likely by the day. The superstar, fresh off his NBA finals defeat, has refused to deny that it's a possibility, saying "We'll see what happens". Could he be a Cleveland Cavalier next year?

The star insists himself and fellow Heat players will discuss it soon, saying "There is a conversation that will be had between the three of us - I think that's only right. We've earned that for each other. I don't know what Dwyane right now is thinking. I don't know what Chris is thinking right now. We'll see what happens." It doesn't sound good for the Miami Heat.

Everything is pointing towards a break up between the three, especially with them all ageing, and LeBron the only one seemingly able to compete at the very top level still. James, 29, is going on holiday before making his mind up. With two championships in four years, there's not likely to be a team that would refuse James. James continued "I understand what this franchise brings to the table. Like I said, I'm not at that point right now [of deciding]. When I get there, I will be ready to talk about it."

Is a LeBron return on the cards for the Cavaliers? How will this change the NBA, and can the Heat bounce back from his likely departure?
