According to Zac Brand, he is going to cross over to R&B on their new song "Overnight" off of the new album Encaged.

It's more likely for a band to add some banjos and call it country than for a country band to add some rap and called it hip hop.  No, Zac is not going to rap, but he did say, "I'm about to get tender on ya'."  Brown insists that long time fans will still recognize their signature sound on the track.

"It's definitely us. It sounds like us. But the arrangement and everything is straight-up R&B," the country singer said.

Regarding the new album Brown shared with CMT Radio, "We spent hours and hours writing the songs and hours and hours arranging them and recording them and everything.  We work harder than a lot of other bands, I think."
