Ever wished that Game of Thrones was set in the 70's as a sitcom? We didn't think so either, but we do have to say that the new Brady Bunch style opening credits do make us question what it would be like.

To break down the sometimes complex storylines of the hit HBO series, Wil Wheaton has reimagined the opening to give first time viewers some insight into the show. On his series, The Wil Wheaton Project, which airs on the Syfy channel, the host gives fans an introductory course on the families of Westeros, and some of the more complicated story lines.

Wil prefaces the video saying that he has "spared no expense to bring you the Game of Thrones opening you didn't know you were dying to see."

While we think that Cersei Lannister is far from "a lovely lady," as the credits allude to, we do have to say that the refresher course is definitely helpful. We got some background on the show's doomed relationships (Khal and Daenerys and Robb and Talisa), some information on the Stark clan, and even a glimpse into the sad life of Theon Greyjoy .

We would definitely have to say that the most creative and catchy lyrics of the opening would have to be "Now this group must somehow murder families, that's the way we all play the Game of Thrones.

It sums up the whole series in one catchy jingle.

After showing the audience the comedy gold, Wheaton laughingly says, "I cannot wait for the special episode where they go to Hawaii." You and us both Wil, you and us both.
