Selena Gomez better hire some extra muscle.

The young singer has had a tough time in her personal life.  This time, it's not all about Justin Beiber.  Che Cruz has repeatedly shown up at Gomez's house and been ordered to stay away from the starlet.  Unfortunately for Gomez, every time he's been released he has returned to her property.  Cruz pleaded no contest to stalking charges.

TMZ reported that Cruz has been ordered to attend a mental health facility for 30 days under lockdown.  After that time, Cruz will have to remain at the facility for a total of 180 days, but he will not be required to stay there.  The judge of the case has also issued a 10-year protective order which will require that Cruz be at least 200 yards away from Gomez.

The problem with this order is that Cruz already violated the previous protective order.

Fox News reported Cruz had previously been to Gomez's residence twice and was arrested in March 2014 for breaking into her guesthouse.  He spent two days in jail and immediately after his release, Cruz returned back to Gomez's house, jumped the fence, and was arrested again.  The fact that Cruz has expressed blatant disregard of the law shows that he is a danger to the singer.

Do you think Selena should move out of her neighborhood?  Do you think there should be more severe punishment for stalkers?  Let us know in the comments below.
