Ben Affleck might have a possible sidekick if he gets his own Batman movie. Daniel Radcliffe wants to be part of the Dark Knight franchise if Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice gets a sequel.

As reported here, there are rumors that Warner Bros. is planning a solo Batman movie starring Ben Affleck for their 2019 calendar.

In the DC Universe, Robin has been an integral part in the Batman's crusade against crime. Bruce Wayne adopted Dick Grayson after he lost his parents. Though they aren't related by blood, there is a father/son relationship between them. Batman sees his protégé, Tim Drake, as a possible replacement when he is too old to wear the costume.

During a "rapid fire" Q &A with Buzzfeed, Radcliffe made a possible casting suggestion for himself.

The Buzzfeed host asks, "Would you star in another franchise?

Harry Potter states the obvious, "Yes."

The host continues with, "Which one?"

The Woman in Black actor responds, "There would be some that would probably be fun but I don't know. Batman! If they reboot that one again, I'll do that too."

The Kill Your Darlings co-star continues, "That's what's happening with Ben Affleck isn't it. I could be Robin. I'm perfect."

I personally don't see him wearing the red shirt, green shorts and yellow cape that Burt Ward wore in the Batman TV series. When Tim donned the Robin costume, he wore green pants and a black cape. Radcliffe would be better as Nightwing, the superhero name Grayson later gave himself.

Someone better hire a screenwriter quick and get this movie happening. Readers, what do you think of Daniel Radcliffe costarring with Ben Affleck in the new Batman movie?
