The 2014 World Cup has already been one to remember for many reasons, but we're just getting started. By Thursday evening the Round of 16 will be finalized, however it's already starting to take shape, and soccer fans are in for a treat with some exciting fixtures to come.
Brazil VS Chile
The hosts Brazil will take on World Cup surprise package Chile. Brazil have been far from their best, while Chile have performed far above everyone's expectations. Strangely there's a lot of history between the two, with Chile often the team on the losing side. However, with all the pressure on Brazil, could an upset be on the cards?
Colombia VS Uruguay
Colombia have had a dominant World Cup and now they will face a tough test against Uruguay. Despite being without star striker Radamel Falcao, they've been a huge hit at the 2014 World Cup. Luis Suarez may receive a ban for biting an opponent, if that's the case and he cannot play, Colombia should have no trouble disposing of Uruguay.
Netherlands VS Mexico
Netherlands and Mexico were two teams nobody expected much of, but they've been brilliant. One of these teams will now make it in to the quarter finals, which would be a massive achievement in itself. Netherlands would expect to squeeze past Mexico, but you never know.
Costa Rica VS Greece
If somebody had predicted this clash they'd of been labelled insane. However, the two teams have shocked the world. One of them will now have a quarter final place, but will the end come soon after? Expect this match to go to penalties, with Costa Rica winning.
The next round of the 2014 World Cup looks set to be an unmissable one. Stay tuned for live streams and all of the latest World Cup news.
