The romantic relationship between Miley Cyrus and ex-fiance Liam Hemsworth is officially OVER - and the "Hunger Games" hottie wants his former sweetheart to know that!

Rumors suggest that the Bangerz songstress is still not over her love for Hemsworth. Ending their engagment totally broke her heart, and in the long run, she hopes that they'll eventually get back together one day.

But in the eyes of 24-year-old Hemsworth, that will never happen.

"He told her he's not interested in getting back together and that she should move on," an alleged insider tells In Touch magazine. The 21-year-old twerker constantly calls her ex, but the source is "pretty much said he's done with her for good. She felt so rejected."
