When the Cleveland Cavaliers won the NBA draft lottery, many were angry and in disbelief. However, the Cavaliers just smiled, knowing they had one more chance to add another glistening piece to their roster. Since the draft lottery there has been rumours after rumours. Would they trade the pick, or would they take a star like Andrew Wiggins, Jabari Parker or Joel Embiid? Minutes before their pick was due to be submitted nobody knew who they would take, but they opted to draft the Kansas Jayhawks' Wiggins with the No. 1 pick overall.

Was this a smart move for the Cavaliers? Many believed as long as they took Parker or Wiggins they would have no regrets. Many believe that Wiggins can help more on both ends, which could transcend in to a better playoff possibility, which is most definitely the Cavaliers' aim for the 2014/15 NBA season. It can't get any worse than last year, right?

Wiggins will team with Dion Waiters, Kyrie Irving and if they can land him in free agency, quite possibly, LeBron James. With a talented roster like this, just how far could the Cavaliers go? Will they come to regret this pick in the future, or did they make the right choice?

The Cavaliers will be hoping their latest Canadian star will ensure they are not picking at No. 1 any time soon, and they'll be hoping his fellow Canadian, Anthony Bennett, the No. 1 pick in the 2013 NBA Draft, will be of some help, too. Can these Canadian superstars take their Cavaliers to glory?
