Shia LaBeouf, 28 Arrested After Attending Broadway Show 'Cabaret'

MStars News has just learned that actor, Shia LaBeouf has found himself in trouble with the law. According to Abc7 Chicago, the former Transformers star was arrested after attending the Broadway show Cabaret Thursday night.

The New York Police Department arrested the 28-year-old after he was smoking inside the theater and engaging in other disruptive behavior. LaBeouf refused to leave the show, after being asked only making matters worse when he threatened officers and people on the sidewalk outside.

The actor was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of criminal trespassing, the site reports.

A representative for LaBeouf has not made any comment on the charges, nor the incident. MStars News previously reported that LaBeouf was accused of plagiarizing a graphic novel by Daniel Clowes for his short film, HowardCantour.com, apologizing to the author.

The 28-year-old also ran into trouble when he was videotaped for apparently headbutting a man during a bar fight in London back in January of this year.
