Andy Murray, after winning Wimbledon in 2013, got rid of a lot of pressure he was destined to face each year as he looked to win his home-based tournament, Wimbledon, so it comes as no surprise that he's playing freely and looking a likely bet to retain his title. The British star beat Kevin Anderson to ensure he would reach the Wimbledon quarter-finals for the seventh time, and he will now be confident of retaining his championship.

The Brit won 6-4 6-3 7-6, and he has yet to drop a set, but next up, will be a tough opponent in Grigor Dimitrov, but he will be more than ready. Murray, 27, would be the first Brit to retain Wimbledon since 1936, when the legendary Fred Perry did so.

Murray, after his victory, said "When it was outdoors I played very well and was in a good position, but when we came indoors he was striking the ball better and serving better and I was dropping shorter. That meant there was a lot more running at the end because he was playing very well."

Can Murray win Wimbledon again, or will it be yet another time that he falls just short? It's going to be a long few matches for the tennis star, but with the pressure off, maybe he can do what many before him have failed to do.
