Giddy on up for another dose of The Real Housewives of New York.
This episode once again takes place in Montana. We're starting to think that they should probably just rename the title to The Real Housewives of Montana, I mean it feels like this trip is never going to end.
Ramona feels us on this one. She contemplates leaving again like she did during the Berkshire's trip but decides against it because the ladies would never allow her to pull the same stunt again.
This episode manly focuses on the subject of the women thinking that Kristen is a bad hostess. Ladies, just because she doesn't have a personal butler for every one of you does not make her a bad hostess. Ramona even brings it up to Kristen sayings that she has been doing most of the work. Well if you call having the wine organized doing most of the work than we guess she's right.
After a geo-caching adventure gone wrong, the ladies think that glamping, aka glamorous camping, might be just what they need to solve their issues with one another. If they can't put their drama behind them well at least they'll look glamorous since they're packing for camping like they're going on a month long trip.
These women literally have to be kidding if they think that this is camping. They're staying in these massive tents that can fit king size beds. Talk about camping in style.
Kristen and Heather are at the center of this weeks drama, after Heather seemed less than supportive in Kristen's idea to go treasure hunting, and Kristen throws out some not so very nice names, (i.e. Bossy, Controlling)
Trying to lighten the mood Heather bumps into Kristen saying, "move over bitch" in a friendly sort of way. Kristen however, doesn't take it as such and goes on the defensive. She tells Heather that she is bossy and that she just needs to own it.
Heather, mockingly, gets up on a chair at the dinner table and shouts "I'm Heather and I'm bossy," not exactly the confession Kristen was looking for. The fight quickly escalates as Kristen drags Heathers family into the ring, saying that she controls her husband Jonathan.
During the whole fight, Ramona continually stirs the pot saying that she is more of a hostess than Kristen, but Kristen doesn't seem to be upset with this just annoyed over the fact that Heather isn't owning up to the fact that she is "bossy."
Nothing is solved at dinner as Kristen angrily storms off from the table taking a glass of wine with her and bidding goodnight to everyone.
While Kristen and Heather can't seem to make up it looks like Sonja and Luann have put all their drama from the past two episodes behind them. After all they claim that they are like sisters, "evil stepsisters" as Luann puts it, but still family.
The next day it looks like tensions are still high but the ladies try to enjoy their last day in Montana, finally this outdoor adventure is coming to an end.
The women decide to go to a real live rodeo. It's here that funniest parts of the episode happen. First, while the girls are walking to their seats one of them asks a rhetorical question saying, "Do you think they have a VIP section" to which a simple bystander said "you got to be kidding me girls."
The second LOL moment comes when Countess Luann tries to use a Porto potty for the first time. It appears that the queen of etiquette doesn't know the rules on using public outhouses.
In a touching moment outside of the Porto potty, Carole persuades Kristen to apologize to Heather, something Kristen doesn't feel like she needs to do.
The gang leaves the rodeo and enjoys one last dinner together, which is in a beautiful location, right next to the river. Before partaking in typical Mid-West food, the girls throw hatches inviting some of the guys that they have meet over the course of the trip, to join in on the festivities. I don't know what the ladies were complaining about Kristen seems like our kind of hostess.
The whole fight between Kristen and Heather comes to a head at the dinner, and surprising Ramona is the one that is trying to foster the peace between the two.
The fight is kind of confusing to follow, but from what we think, Kristen needs to hear from Heather that she controlled and got the other women to bail on geo-caching, and what Heather needs to hear is that Kristen is sorry for bringing her family into their argument.
Apologies are exchanged and it seems like they are really in a good place with one another when the episode ends. They share a heart-warming hug and put the drama behind them.
At the end of the day the ladies seem to all have had a pretty good time together on this trip.
