Melanie Griffith & Antonio Banderas Celebrity Divorce Update- Actor Caught WIth Bollywood Star Mallika Sherawat While Still Married

Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas may have just recently called it quits on their 18-year marriage, but reports are now claiming that the couple has been having some issues for a while.

RadarOnline is reporting that two-years-ago, while the couple was still together, Banderas was trying to woo Bollywood actress Mallika Sherawat. The film star's best friend, Ivan Bitton, is now revealing that she filmed the actor coming on to her friend while at the Cannes film festival in 2012.

Bitton is speaking to the gossip site about her encounter with Antonio and she states that Banderas and Sherawat packed on the PDA while dancing at a party during the festival.

"I remember when they danced and they had a lot of PDA, he had a lot of public affection with Mallika," the 46-year-old friend states, adding "he was saying 'God you're so beautiful,' like a horndog would do talking to a prey."

Bitton is also claiming that she saw Antonio with an American girl on his yacht during the film festival while his wife, Griffith was nowhere to be found. On top of that, the friend also says that Banderas took Sherawat on a romantic getaway to Spain after the festival.

"I know that he took her to Spain," Bitton recalls. "I think he got really like 'wow' on Mallika. It was just the two of them. He took her without the wife knowing. He really made sure that this was a very discreet trip."

The friend cites that the video she took of the two dancing together is really what caused Melanie and Antonio's marriage to go up in flames.

"He was really mad about the video," Bitton states. "He specifically said that after that video, this is when everything started to go down.. It specifically started to cause problems with his wife."

Bitton claims that the reason she is speaking out now is so that maybe her actress friend can have a happy ending with Banderas now that him and Melanie are officially over.
