The seemingly endless saga of Sting signing with WWE continues, and new updates emerge seemingly every week about the former WCW and TNA star. The latest reports reveal that talks are still crawling along.

According to the latest rumors, Sting and WWE are still in talks and both sides want to get a deal done, but it just has not materialized yet. The two sides also still have not figured out what part he would play when he does come to WWE, either on television or in some other capacity.

The two sides have also discussed crafting the long anticipated match between Sting and Undertaker at WrestleMania 31. The thinking is this would be one of only a few matches Undertaker could work that would create significant buzz among fans now that Brock Lesnar has broken Taker's undefeated streak; however, the latest word on Taker is that he is still recovering slowly after he suffered injuries at WrestleMania 30, and the Deadman could retire soon.

In other news, Ric Flair is still scheduled to come back to WWE television shortly, possibly as soon as Monday Night Raw on July 7. WWE is advertising him to return as a babyface during the company's Live Event at Madison Square Garden on Saturday, July 12.

As for the long-awaited Monday Night Wars show on the WWE Network, the latest report is that it could serve as a lead-in to NXT on Thursday nights.

Finally, The Wrestling Observer reports WWE has been telling its talent to work a more aggressive style. This could explain why some of the wrestlers, such as Daniel Bryan, Cesaro, etc., have been getting hurt.
