Madonna Teases New Song 'Messiah' [Lyrics] - Queen Of Pop Promotes Upcoming Single, Posts Snippet On Instagram

The Queen of Pop is looking to reclaim her throne with her new song "Messiah."

Madonna just gave treated fans to a little sneak peek of what is sure to be here next big track when she posted a picture of the lyrics on her Instagram account today. She captioned the image "Salvation through Art! #messiah #livingforlove."

"I am the promise, that you cannot keep/Reep what you sow, find what you seek/I am the sorceress, down in the deep/I am the Earth, under your feet/ I am the moon with no light of my own/You are the sun guarding your throne/I heard the angels whisper to me/Look for the signs, he is the one/ I'll light a candle here in the dark/Marking my way to your heart."

This is the latest news that Madonna has teased about the upcoming track. Last week she posted the following image and video of some sheet music from the single and also an orchestra performing a snippet of it.

The lyrics for the song are giving us a very Florence and the Machines meets Katy Perry vibe, and we are really loving it.

This single will be the featured on Madonna's new album, which will her first album since releasing MDNA back in 2012. She has enlisted the help of Natalia Kills, Diplo, Toby Gad, and Martin Kierszenbaum to collaborate with her on the new project.

A release day for "Messiah" and the untitled album has not been announced yet, but fans can expect Madonna to release more teases on her Instagram account in the coming weeks.
