Looks as if the Jersey Shore's own Mike Sorrentino – aka The Situation – is having a MAJOR situation himself. According to TMZ, the former MTV star is reportedly in deep with his lawyer, shorting him an astounding $29,000 in legal fees. And unfortunately, he can't do anything about it because the very one suing him is his lawyer.

The gossip site claims the $29k amounts to just about 4 years of legal bills.

As stated by the lawsuit filed by longtime lawyer Richard Wolfe, the $29k owed by the Sitch and brother Marc Sorrentino – moniker unknown, hopefully nonexistent – dates back to 2009 and stops around 2013. He states the brothers did pay $10,000, but that most of their payments were in failed attempts. For example, the Sorrentino family paid Wolfe a $2,000 check, and then bounced one.

As it currently stands, the lawyer is looking for not only the $29,000 from the suit, but also damages for the failed checks.

This isn't the first time The Situation has found himself in hot water. Just last month, while getting the "T" part done on his oh, so famous "GTL" slogan, Sorrentino was accused by a New Jersey tanning salon of bouncing their paychecks. And of course, we can't forget about him getting arrested for fighting with his brother –– not Marc.

So, maybe the former Snooki hook-up is in need of a new lawyer? Should he add a "P" to the famed "GTL"? Gym, Tan, Laundry –– Pay Up?"
