It seems like "I Love You" is out of the question right now for this couple. MStars News has learned that Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks was "MIA" at her husband, Apollo Nida's sentencing earlier this week.

Whatever happened to the vows, "through thick and thin?" In Nida's case it seems that he had no support after he went before a judge receiving eight years in prison on fraud and identity theft charges. According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, he asked the judge why he was given such a harsh punishment. Come on really?

"The government did what they had to do," he said when leaving the court. Apollo was num when asked about how he felt on the judge's decision. "Whatever the judge gave," the father-of-two said.

Part of his anger and frustration may have been due to his wife being missing in all the action. Phaedra was nowhere in site during the hearing. Fans of the show wonder how the mother of Nida's children would react. This is not her husband's first time at this type of rodeo.

Nida and Parks both were in Kandi Burruss' wedding to Todd Tucker and the former Escape singer reveals that,

"Phaedra's doing great," Kandi said to HollywoodLife.com. "She's basically working. That's how I deal with things too; when I have a lot going on, I just put more into work."

Kandi continued, "I know that she's promoting her book and doing the book tour and stuff like that and she's not really trying to focus as much on what's happening."

We hope that Phaedra and Apollo can work through this hard time, after-all they have two young sons to worry about.
