So, the good news is that Larry David is looking to do more Curb Your Enthusiasm. The bad news, however, is that he isn't exactly sure when. But hey, #positivity, right?

HBO's President of Programming, Michael Lombardo, recently told press that he ran into "LD" at an event and asked about his future plans for more Curb. David's response, while positive, wasn't necessarily the one fans and the network were hoping for.

The HBO executive explained that David told him his plans for the rest of the year. Sadly, they didn't include anymore episode of the fan-favorite HBO series. "I said, 'So, David, should I emotionally get Curb out of my head?' And he goes, 'No, no, no, no, no,'" Lombardo said.

What we can glean from this is that the Seinfeld creator is looking to do more Curb episodes down the road, but he hasn't necessarily been spending much time thinking up future storylines. And in all honesty, why should he? He obviously has the upper hand, considering Lombardo has given him a space for whenever he wants to bring Curb back. "As long as he's thinking about it," the network exec said, "we still have a place for it."

The last time we saw new episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm was season 8 back in 2011. The season switched things up a bit, splitting time between Los Angeles (the show's home) and New York (David's hometown). Afterwards, David chose to take some time off to write and star in HBO's TV movie Clear History, which was pretty, pretty, pretty good!
