Usher's Son Kile Glover Dies After Taken Off Life Support

Usher's stepson Kile Glover was declared brain dead after a jet-ski accident on July 8 and the family finally decided to take the 11-year old off life support on July 21. He is the son of ushers's ex-wife Tameka Foster.

Glover and a friend were playing on an inflatable raft when a jet ski watercraft accidentally collided into them. The 15-year old female friend suffered from a cut on the head and a broken arm while Glover took a huge blow on the head. The children were airlifted to a nearby hospital where Glover was declared brain dead.

Foster's family and friends expressed their prayers and support via Twitter.

Tameka Foster wrote, “We know God’s in control, and (we) are leaning on our faith in Him and His word at this most difficult time. We firmly believe in the power of prayer and ask that you all continue to pray and lift Kile up, as it’s the best way we can all support him now.”

After a careful investigation, the jet ski driver was identified as Jeffrey S. Hubbard. He is a family friend and is not facing any charges.
