Is Kim Kardashian quitting Keeping Up With The Kardashians? There are reports that she is, and that she has already broken the news to "momager," Kris.

But why would Kim, 33, leave the show that is largely responsible for her vast popularity? Life & Style magazine reports that Kim may be pregnant a second time and doesn't want to be under the harsh glare of the media like she was when she was pregnant with daughter, North.

Kim made no secret of her difficult pregnancy the first time around and according to a source, "She's not eager to subject herself to all the negativity she received last pregnancy," particularly in light of her weight gain at that time.

While the pregnancy is only rumored at this point, the same source tells the magazine that hubby Kanye West is eager for a bigger brood: "If it was up to him, Kim would have had a baby right after Nori."

This week, Kim has been vacationing in Mexico. She has been criticized in the past for leaving little Nori at home while she travails the globe, but she was spotted on Tuesday sunbathing at Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis' Mexican getaway with the baby (and and nanny) in tow.

That same day Kim posted an Instagram image from 2010, in which she appears much slimmer. The caption read, "Throwback to a few years ago #SkinnyDays #OnTheTreadmillRightNOW."

Despite that post Kim admits motherhood has made her feel sexier than she's ever felt. She says, "I am definitely way sexier ever since having my daughter!"
