MTV VMA Nominations Released - Beyonce Leads The Pack With 8 Noms While Iggy Azalea & Eminem Tie For 7 Each

It's that time of year again.

MTV has just announced the nominees for this year's Video Music Awards. The network revealed the VMA nominations earlier this morning via the Snapchat app in a few short 10-second videos.

it looks like Beyonce's visual album has paid off as she is the Queen of the nominees, earning an impressive eight nominations for her videos ranging from "Partition", to "Pretty Hurts", and "Drunk in Love".

Newcomer, Iggy Azalea, is one nomination shy of being on Bey's level, having snagged seven nomination, tying her with her male rapper equivalent Eminem.

Fans can vote for some of the awards at MTV.com starting today, but they will have to tune in on August 24 to see who takes home the Moon-man trophies.
