RHONJ Teresa Giudice Spending $700K For Joe Giudice And Her Legal Fees Before Jail Sentence

Real Housewives of New Jersey reality star, Teresa Giudice will be ranking in $700,000 for season 6, but will be burning all the cash in her and husband, Joe Giudice's legal fees.

According to RadarOnline.com, one source explains that the reality star will try to pay off their fines before being sentencing this year, "Despite that huge paycheck, most of that money is going to pay for Joe and Teresa's legal fees. There will also be expected fines assessed to the couple when they are finally sentenced in September, and Teresa has been told that could be up to $250,000."

The source added, "The family has hardly any other income coming in, and everyone knows that Teresa has been the sole breadwinner for some time," the source revealed. "The problem is that Teresa hasn't scaled back on shopping sprees, especially for their daughters."

Real Housewives of New Jersey reality star, Teresa Giudice and her husband, Joe Giudice have plead guilty in several fraud charges for multiple mortgages and bankruptcy.

The Bravo reality stars will be sentenced July 8th after admitting to several counts of bankruptcy fraud, conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud, and failing to pay taxes. In a statement to Us Weekly, Teresa acknowledged their fraud intent and apologized for their actions.

"Today, I took responsibility for a series of mistakes I made several years ago," Teresa said. "I have said throughout that I respect the legal process and thus I intend to address the court directly at sentencing. I will describe the choices I made, continue to take responsibility for my decisions, and express my remorse to Judge Salas and the public."

Teresa added, "I am heartbroken that this is affecting my family -- especially my four young daughters, who mean more to me than anything in the world," she continued. "Beyond this, I do not intend to speak specifically about the case outside of court, at the recommendation of my attorney and out of deference to the government and our legal system."

The pair is expected to face years in prison according to NBC New York: Joe, 43, faces 37 to 46 months, as Teresa faces 21 to 27 months.
