Will Hollywood hotspot Bootsy Bellows be threatened with closure because of Justin Bieber? That is a very real possibility.

TMZ reports The Beebs was at the David Arquette owned club on Tuesday partying with Chris Brown's entourage. At some point in the night he was seen (and photographed) drinking a Heineken.

With those pictures having made online the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control is now aware that there was at least one minor - Bieber - drinking in the club that night, which could cause the club to be fined - or worse.

It may have slipped Bieber's mind that the drinking age in the States is 21 - he's from Canada where the drinking age is 19 - but that is highly unlikely.

Law enforcement has informed Bootsy Bellows it plans to conduct undercover operations at the club to ensure there is no underage drinking on the premises. However, the club's liquor license is still jeopardy. While underage patrons are allowed in the club, they are NOT allowed to drink.

(We have to wonder - with Chris Brown's recent legal troubles, is it wise for him to be partying with Breezy at all?)

Bieber is taking his drinking woes in stride and continues to court danger.

This week, Bieber also went cliff diving.

In a video also posted to YouTube, the Beebs is seen fairly high up on a rock in Malibu Creek donning a wet suit. When he tries to do a flip, he doesn't quite stick the landing and while we can't see Bieber hit the water, we can certainly hear it and we can also hear the reactions of the people filming, which, to say the least don't sound good - but relax girls, he's okay!
