Miranda Kerr is letting Jimmy Fallon in on some of her supermodel exercise tips over a game of flip cup.

The Australian model appeared on The Tonight Show and gave the host some tips on how to get the perfect butt and abs, even when sitting behind a desk.

"Because you sit behind a desk a lot, right? Or if you're traveling," the 31-year-old said. "When I'm on an airplane, there's a couple of little exercises you can do when you're sitting down."

""So you can tighten you ab muscles, you can clench and release, clench and release," Miranda says. "And you're butt muscles, you can do that. You clench and release, and then you can alternate."

While demonstrating the exercises, Fallon jokingly yells, "don't do that on my show, I'm married, I'm happily married."

The model, who is on the show to promote her new fortifying skincare masks called Kora, gave the host his own personal mask.

While still wearing the skin care product on his face, Jimmy challenges Miranda to a rousing game of flip cup.

"I've never played this game before," Kerr explains. "But I've got to get into the American culture."

Jimmy assures her that "this is a really fun game."
