Looks like MediaTakeOut.com has did some hard research to find out the latest details on RHOA couple Peter Thomas, and Cynthia Bailey regarding the new bar they will be opening soon.

According to the gossip site, MTO has claimed to have obtained exclusive details on Thomas' Atanta bar that filed for bankruptcy last year, stating that the owner, and reality star owed over $322k to a number of creditors.

They revealed that Thomas the owner of Bar One filed for Chapter 11 in 2013, claiming that he has assets totaling $61k and liabilities totaling $322k. MTO has shared that the bar owed $118k in state taxes, $32k to the IRS, $60k to Peter Thomas for money he spent on the establishment, and a number of other debts.

The site revealed documents allegedly show that Cynthia, Peter's wife loaned her husband, $60k for the Atlanta bar, and he repaid her in late 2012. However, MTO claims that Cynthia gave her husband more money, in the amount of $40k in 2013 to help him out once again.

In the documents seen above (click to see docs) Thomas reveals that his restaurant is still open, but he is still behind in paying all of his bills for the month. It shows that Thomas only made a payment for $1,500 in October 2013, but his expenses were close to $100k.

The month before, a trustee in the matter filed documents asking for the Chapter 11 to be dismissed. The docs read, Bar One, "is unable to pay its bills as they come due. Since the petition date, Debtor has accrued $61,817.55 in post-petition payables. Debtor's post-petition, past-due payables include $17,339.09 owed to the Georgia Department of Revenue for Debtor's tax obligations."

In addition, "Debtor has no apparent ability to generate sufficient cash flow post-petition, the Court is authorized to find that Debtor is experiencing a continuing loss to. . . the estate within the meaning of 11"

MStars News has learned that the judge in the case has sided with the trustee, and granted the motion to be dismissed. Thomas' case was officially closed in January without any of the bar's debt being washed away.

According to Wet Paint, Thomas revealed via Twitter, that his second Bar One club would be opening in Charlotte, North Carolina this summer.
