Sure, Bruce Lee may very well have been the baddest SOB around town at one point, but apparently he was pretty redundant. Thankfully, the comedian behind Conan O'Brien's first record release via his newly formed Team Coco Records is keying us all in on how.

In this new video from animator Dilara Karabas, comic Ian Edwards' "Bruce Lee" track from his debut album, 100% Half-Assed, is hilariously animated. And while the bit itself is spot-on as it stands alone, the animation only heightens the hilarity and makes it all the more entertaining.

Edwards' bit delves into the notion that throughout every single Bruce Lee movie, there's a scene where he "takes on 40 dudes at the same time and whoops all their asses," as he puts it. In referencing Enter the Dragon, Fist of Fury and The Chinese Connection, Edwards comically calls out the repetitive storylines of each film as well as the minor absurdities along the way.

"It always goes down the same way. Somebody will kill his master and then he'll go down to the school and whip everybody's ass in the school. But there's always one dude there, it's his first day in class and he ain't got nothing to do with this sh-t!"

Check out the animation below for more on Edwards' epic Bruce Lee bit.
