In Sunday night's episode of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, fans witnessed Joe Gorga become stressed out not only from his sister, Teresa Giudice's fraud troubles, but from his on issues.

The Gorga's revealed that they were in the middle of building a new home in the neighborhood of Franklin Lakes, as Melissa complained, along with her kids about the rental home the family were now staying in.

MStars News not only learned that the couple's newest dream home would take 9 months, but that more drama was added with their renter/ buyer of their old home.

According to Reality Tea, the Gorga's are now asking to return to their Montville mansion after selling it for $3.8 million. The site revealed that the couple asked a judge to move back into their former home, after appearing in court last week with the renter/ buyer, Kai Patterson.

The judge in the case ruled that Kai Patterson could continue to stay in the Gorga house for an additional 17 days if only he came up $25,000. The Gorga's attorney revealed that Patterson owes them more than $180,000, which resulted in eviction proceedings being delayed for a couple of days.

According to the site, each side argued back and forth as Gorga's attorney stated that the reality stars wanted the eviction done as quickly as possible so they can move back into the home they loved. The rush is so that Melissa and Joe can enroll their kids in school for the upcoming year.

So what about the dream home? Guess fans will have to wait and see what happens on the show. But for now, the site says that both sides claimed that the hard times in the rental world was the reason behind the conflict. Joe outside of the courtroom, mocked Patterson about his comments made while inside the courtroom that hard times prevented him from paying the $20K per month.  Joe said, "It's embarrassing.  There's people who wake up in the morning and try to make an honest living and people who wake up and think 'who am I going to screw today'."

Joe also mentioned to the reporters covering the story, that Patterson didn't have any issues until they tried to kick him out.

The $25,000 the judge ordered Patterson to pay, is only enough for the renter to stay in the Gorga's mansion for an additional 17 days, which is when the eviction process will start.
