JWoww Seen Out And About With "BFF" Snooki After Giving Birth To Daughter, Meilani [PHOTOS]

After giving birth just one week ago, and sharing her daughter's first images to the world, this Jersey mama is not sitting at home.

TooFab.com has new photos of Jenni "JWoww" Farley stepping out for fresh air in New Jersey on Monday, marking this the  first sighting of the Jersey Shore star since she gave birth to her first child, a baby girl, Meilani Alexandra Mathews.

The new mother looked great and comfortable as she wore a tight pink tank top, white blazer and what appears to be a blue skirt. According to TooFab.com the 28-year-old was on her way to meet up with her "BFF," and costar Snooki. The two were spotted leaving a bridal store in NYC that evening.

Farley shared how her new role of motherhood was going so far, in a new blog post on Monday, writing "Thank you for everyone's amazing messages and best wishes this past week! Working with a newborn is one of the most exhausting yet rewarding things I have ever done and I am enjoying every second of holding my precious baby in my arms!"

JWoww and her fiance, Roger Mathews welcomed their first baby into the world on July 13, weighing in at 7 pounds, 13 ounces. "Words cannot describe what looking into your child's eyes can do to you. Humbled," Roger expressed on the day she was born.
