[VIDEO] Gorgeous Emily Maynard Says 'Yes' to 'Forever' With Jef Holm on Little Street Corner

"The Bachelorette" season finale ended leaving a very real and sincere impression among viewers. The proposal was not a wild or crazy one, but it was just Jef Holm and Maynard at a beautiful little street corner in the Caribbea Island of Curacao.

Holm poured out his heart and said, "I'm so grateful that you came here and put your heart on the line one more time. What I'm about to ask you aren't just empty words. What I'm about to ask you is a forever thing."

He then fell on his knee and stole Maynard's heart. The southern belle answered "Yes" as he slipped the beautiful Neil Lane diamond ring onto her finger.

What was important for Maynard throughout this season was to find a family man who complete her family including her daughter Nicki, 7. The beauty suffered the loss of her fiancé, NASCAR driver Ricky Hendrick shortly after Nicki was born. She saw in Holm a special quality.

Holm also melted Maynard's heart was he told her, "I'm so in love with you. I promise you if you let me into your life and Ricki's life you will never feel lonely ever again."

It was an emotional and joyful day for the two.

At their first public appearance on Monday, Maynard gushed, "He inspires me to do better and he makes me laugh," holding on tightly to her fiancé's hand.

Holm, 27, plans to move to his own apartment in Charlotte and plan their wedding. Maynard hopes it will be a "spring wedding".  Watch the proposal below.
