Robin Thicke & Paula Patton Home For Sale, Divorce Final? 'Blurred Lines' Crooner Makes Acting Debut In RomCom (VIDEO)

Has Robin Thicke finally given up begging Paula Patton to come back to him? It appears he has - the couple has put their Los Angeles home on the market.

Variety reports the 3-bedroom home, located high above Hollywood's famed Sunset Strip is selling for $2.985 million. The house was given to Robin as wedding gift by his dad, Growing Pains actor Alan Thicke in 2005. The elder Thicke bought the home for $910,00 in 1990.

Robin put the home on the market as of Monday. Paula has not lived at the residence since February.

Sources have also told TMZ that Robin and Paula are currently separating their assets, although neither party has contacted a divorce lawyer.

Meanwhile, the hits keep coming for the "Blurred Lines" singer this year - and not in a good way.

Thicke's acting debut in a movie called Making The Rules is making the rounds on the internet and his performance style has more than its share of detractors. (Vulture says Thicke's "make-out technique is slow and torturous," while Refinery 29 says, "Robin Thicke is either a cinematic acting genius and is actually trying to deliver the creepiest, most awkward, soft-spoken performance ever captured on film." Ouch!)

Co-starring My Name Is Earl star Jaime Pressly, Making The Rules tells the story of a struggling sous chef who, although engaged, begins a romance with Thicke.

The movie, originally titled Abby In The Summer, was made in 2012 and shelved until May of this year when it was very quietly released on DVD.
