Sean Penn, Charlize Theron Engaged? Bling Sparks Rumors Couple Will Marry 'Very Soon'

Are A-list actors Charlize Theron and Sean Penn engaged? Judging by the bling Charlize was seen wearing that may be the case, but nothing has yet been confirmed.

The New York Daily News reports Charlize was wearing the glitzy hardware while strolling through Los Angeles International Airport on Wednesday.

The couple, who were friends for years and have been dating for about six months, having been dodging rumors ever since they first made an appearance together at Penn's third annual Help Haiti Home gala.

A source tells US Weekly the couple are planning to tie the knot in the next few months in Charlize' native country of South Africa, and that is not the only big thing they are looking to do in the future. Sean has reportedly grown close to Charlize' to 2-year-old adopted son Jackson and the couple are eager to adopt another child.

In a recent interview with Vogue, Theron said of Sean, "It just kind of naturally happened, and before I knew it, I was in something that was making my life better-the people who really love me can see the effect it has had on me."

If the rumors are true, this would be the first marriage for Charlize and the third for Penn. Charlize was in a relationship of ten years with actor Stuart Townsend (they split in 2010). Penn was married to Madonna during the 80s and was recently divorced from actress Robin Wright. They have two children together - Dylan, 23, and son Hopper, 20.
