Audrina Patridge (The Hills) sure knows how to make an entrance wherever she goes, especially when she steps into San Diego Comic Con. Amongst the attendees, you probably wouldn't have recognized the reality TV starlet, since she strolled in looking like the X-Men super villain, Mystique.
In the Marvel universe, Mystique is the mutant mother of Nightcrawler and the one-time lover of Wolverine's most hated enemy, Sabretooth. Because of her mutant power, the blue-colored vixen can alter her physical appearance and assume the person's identity. In the X-Men movies, the role has been played by actresses Rebecca Romijn and Jennifer Lawrence.
Now the Audrina star stepped into the make-up chair and endured hours of effects to change her body's natural color. The Sorority Row actress reveals on her Instagram how makeup artist Cig Neutron, whom she calls "amazeballs" in her caption, helped transform v her into the comic book character.
With our galleries of cosplayers, the Dancing With The Stars competitor definitely deserves to be on the list. The white gown is from the early X-Men issues and the skull on her forehead is a nice touch. Too bad she she didn't settle for the nude body paint, like the other performers.
The brunette model didn't expect one thing though. She never thought getting rid of the blue makeup would be another endurance test. How long do you think that paint will stay on her arms?
