Once Upon a Time just cast it's spell on Comic-Con.

The hit ABC series took over San Diego Comic-Con and treated fans to the first look at the all-new season.

During a clip, which has yet to be released to the public, viewers explained that they got to see their first glimpse of the show's Frozen storyline.

According to Comic-Con attendees, the clip opens up with Elsa (Georgina Haig) and Anna (Elizabeth Lail) paying tribute to their dead parents by placing flowers on their gravesites. During the segment, Elsa turns to her sister and says "Anna, they would be so proud of you." That's not all though, the Queen of Arendelle also tells sister Anna that she has a special surprise for her, and that it's not just any surprise but something for her... wedding.

This clip confirms what co-creators Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz had already alluded to, that the episode arc would take place after the events in the popular Disney movie.

The team behind the ABC series also rolled out a second clip, which sees Regina (Lana Parilla) returning to her Evil Queen ways. She enlists the help of her Magic Mirror, played by Giancarlo Esposito, and tells him that there is someone standing in the way of her happiness and that she needs his "help getting rid of them."

Another snippet that was teased for the new season during Comic-Con was the arrival to the flagship series of Michael Socha, who played the Knave of Hearts in the spinoff Once Upon a Time in Wonderland.

Star Colin O'Donoghue also teased that this season will see his character of Captain Hook finally wearing some modern day clothes. "It'll be nice to wear something new," the actor said, after explaining that Hook's coat weighs 50 pounds.
