Following the few hectic days where it was thought Michael Jackson's mother Katherine was missing, when in reality she was bunking up with family in Arizona, it is now reported that the executors of Michael Jackson's estate are seeking to take "emergency guardianship" of the late star's children in fear that they are in "danger and without supervision."

According to a tweet sent out by Michael Jackson's daughter Paris on Sunday morning, "Yes, my grandmother is missing. I haven't spoken with her in a week I want her home now." This surfaced after Katherine Jackson's nephew Trent Jackson called in a missing persons report to the LAPD on Saturday. Katherine was found safe and healthy at the Arizona home of her daughter on Monday. She

Now what was assumed to be a case of familial miscommunication, executors of Michael Jackson's will and estate are claiming it to be a fraudulent, preconceived plan to stir up controversy amongst the Jackson clan. Sources claim that the executors "feel responsible for protecting the kids," and as a result court papers are expected to be filed later this week.

If that were not enough drama, it is reported that police were called to the Jackson home  earlier this morning in response to a call about a physical altercation between Jackson family members.

According to sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore, "Lost Hills deputies responded to a family disturbance at the home of Katherine Jackson in the city of Calabasas. Deputies determined that a physical altercation had occurred, a battery. It involved members of the Jackson family."

Sources state that Michael Jackson's siblings Jermaine, Randy, and Janet arrived at the Calabasas home with the intentions to fly the three children Prince, Paris, and Blanket out to Arizona to finally see their grandmother and to stay with family members there. It was during this time that a fight broke out and police were called.

Currently the Jackson siblings are banned from entering the Calabasas home. Sources report Michael's children are being cared for by their nanny, and the legal executors plan to take swift action in order to assure their continued safety.
