Keith Urban is not going to be happy about this one.

While performing in Mansfield, Massachusetts, 46 people were treated in regards to alcohol related illness, while Urban sang at the Xfinity Center during his Raise 'Em Up Tour. While most of the concertgoers were treated on site, 22 had to be taken to the hospital to be treated for their intoxication. On top of that 50 people were also placed into the protective custody of police and could face possible charges stemming from the incident

While Keith has been pretty outspoken about his struggle with booze and alcohol in the past, the American Idol judge has yet to make a statement regarding this incident.

Local police stations, fire departments, and EMT's were dispatched to the arena from five surrounding cities to treat the sick concert attendees, according to Fox News

"Last evening's Keith Urban concert was not anticipated to present with the volume of issues handled, but measures were in place to provide appropriate and adequate care and protection to all patrons," the Police Chief Ronald Sellon and Fire Chief Neal Boldrighini of Mansfield said in a joint statement.

Urban did take to his YouTube account to post a video following the concert, but not about the alcohol incident, rather to thank his fans for coming to the concert.

"What a great night tonight, I always want to say Boston but we technically were in Mansfield tonight, but it was killer," the Australian country singer says in the video. "So everybody from Massachusetts who came out, we had folks traveling everywhere to come to the show tonight, thank you very much. Gosh, up on the lawn tonight, that was nutso, it was so cool. Anyway if you came tonight, thank you for giving us all the love and energy. It's been an amazing weekend and we're just getting started on this Raise 'Em Up tour so thank you for making it so special. Boston strong, I love you."

This is the second booze fueled incident that has taken place in the Boston area in the last month. During an Avicii concert at TD Garden in Boston, back in June, dozens of people were treated for drug and alcohol related illnesses.

Urban will continue on his Raise 'Em Up Tour this week when he will be making a stop in Cincinnati, Ohio on Thursday and then he will perform a show in St. Louis on Friday.
