As attendees gathered for the special live events, crowded panels, and awesome screenings at San Diego Comic-Con, let's not forget the other major reason why many guests step into the convention center. Check out the best costumes from Day 4, the very last day of Comic-Con.

When guests change out of their regular clothes and into cosplay, their costumes are usually fit and sewn together by hand. This isn't some wardrobe you can casually pick out from a Halloween store. Depending on how good you are, it may take months to look perfectly right for the masquerade ball.

As reported here, we spotted a Slave Leia, from Return of the Jedi, walking around the costumed hallways. The cosplayer had to braid her long brunette hair, just like the young Carrie Fisher in the sci-fi flick. You sure have to be confident though to stroll around in a metallic bikini.

Now imagine dressing up as your favorite Batman villain, The Joker, or your favorite Marvel villain, Thanos? We also showed Josh Brolin holding the Infinity Gauntlet in his hand. Even your favorite celebrity likes to free-up for the celebrated event.

How many Daryl Dixons, Doctor Whos, and Groots do you think showed up at the masquerade? Even Daniel Radcliffe dressed up like Spider-Man and Audrina Patridge played the part of Mystique. The costumes kept getting crazier right until the final hour.

One last time, cosplayers came out in droves for the Day 4 of San Diego Comic Con. Readers, do you have a favorite cosplayer in the gallery?
