San Diego Comic-Con was jam-packed with exclusive announcements, crowded panels, and live events during its four days. You might not have caught up with the latest news with all the excitement, but don't worry, we've got the best recap of the convention.

Here are the top 5 Highlights of Comic-Con:

1) Marvel's Agent Carter

Some pretty big names from the cinema are working on this television show. Louis D' Esposito (Marvel One-Shot: Agent Carter) kicks off the first season as the director of the pilot. Directors Joe and Anthony Russo, the co-directors of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, will be participating in the second and third episodes. Joe Johnston (Captain America: The First Avenger) reunites with his leading lady, Hayley Atwell, in the fourth installment.

2) Maisie Williams Joins 'The Last of Us'

At Comic Con, filmmaker Sam Raimi (Evil Dead) announced he's producing the feature film adaptation of the horror videogame, The Last of Us. Then word came out that Maisie Williams (Games of Thrones) is runner-up to play Ellie. Who doesn't want to see Arya Stark take down bloodthirsty zombies?

3) The Strain Transformation App

If you love horror movies and vampires, then you're going to want to get this awesome app. Take a selfie and you automatically become one of the bloodsuckers seen on FX's The Strain.

4) Film To Comic Book Adaptations

BOOM! Studios is continuing Snake Plissken's adventures in Escape From New York. Edward Scisscorhands is getting his own ongoing series at IDW Publishing. To top it all off, BOOM! and IDW are teaming up for the crossover event, Star Trek/Planet of the Apes. Dark Horse Comics even has the highly anticpated sequel, Fight Club 2.

5) Cosplayers

Cosplay is a pretty big deal at Comic Con and costumers did not disappoint at all. We have galleries from Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, and Day 4 right here for your viewing pleasure.
