It's a Disney reunion.

Nick Jonas has enlisted the help of fellow singer Demi Lovato to sing on an upcoming song for his new solo album.

The former Jonas Brother star, just finished a stint as the musical and creative director on Lovato's Neon Light's Tour, and it appears that during that time they found their way into the recording studio together.

"We did one for my record," Nick reveals of the new song for his upcoming album. "It's a great song that we both love. Her voice is just amazing on it. She's the real deal. It's the perfect fit for this record.

The untitled song is set to be included on his upcoming unnamed album, which is expected for release later this fall.

During one of Lovato's performances in Canada, Jonas joined her onstage where they sang on three songs together, which could have preempted the collaboration together.

Nick has just released his first single of the album, titled "Chains," and it explores his time feeling trapped in the Jonas Brother boy band.

A source for Page Six explained that the song is "a metaphor for what he has been feeling all these years."

"Nick has spent years experiencing a burden that's hard to explain," the insider revealed. "He's not blaming anyone for it; it just what fame does to people, especially at a young age."
