'Real Housewives Of Orange County' Tamra Barney Fired! Not Returning To 'RHOC' Over 'DIva Behavior'

The Real Housewives of Orange County is going to be one leading lady short when it returns for a new season next year.

According to RadarOnline, Tamra Barney has been fired from the hit Bravo series for publicly denounced the practices of the network, saying that she has been edited to look bad.

"The network has had it with Tamra's over the top ego and diva behavior," the site claims. "She sealed her fate by publicly stating that Bravo edited scenes to make her look bad."

It looks like Barney's public shaming of the network will not be tolerated, and therefore her contract will not be renewed.

"This is a very big no-no and Tamra's contract won't be picked up for another season," a source told Radar. "The fact that she has ongoing legal issues with ex-husband, Simon [Barney], and really doesn't have anything that interesting going on in her life made it a very easy decision."

The finale straw, that made Tamra speak out against the network, was during co-star Lizzie Rosvek's birthday. She spoke out saying that the producers had edited the footage to make it look like she was bailing on the party at the last minute, when she claims that wasn't the case.

Tamra had allegedly told Bravo in advance that she would be unable to attend the party because her daughter was sick, however, the producers told her to wait to tell Lizzie until right before the party.

"They asked me to wait until the cameras were up in the limo to let Lizzie know," Tamra explained. "Then they had her call me and say 'How rude that you didn't call me.'"
