Boxing fans have often suggested the heavyweight division is the most important, and for a long while, many have suggested it lacked 'fire and passion', however, they may have to take that back, as the division has truly exploded. So much as happened that the boxers are in limbo as to what their futures hold. Wladimir Klitschko will fight Kubrat Pulev, however, once again, Shannon Briggs attempted to make an uninviting fight offer to the champion during his training session. This has left British heavyweight stars Anthony Joshua, Tyson Fury, David Haye and Dereck Chisora confused as to what comes next.

Everybody wants to fight the champion, Kltischko, however Pulev is first, and then seemingly Briggs may get a chance to fight him for real, and not during a training session. Fury and Chisora were supposed to go toe-to-toe recently, with the winner fighting Wladimir, however, their fight was cancelled, meaning neither of them can face him next, leaving room for Briggs.

Joshua is not ready, despite being a top, top prospect, and has a lot of conditioning and practice to work on before he thinks of taking on the champion. Both Fury and Chisora look to still fight one another, meaning they could still earn their shot, but perhaps in year or so. David Haye is hoping to make his return, despite his veteran presence being unwanted by many of the youngsters. He wants to skip the tune-up fights, but could he work himself straight in to a fight that could earn him a rematch against Klitschko?

The heavyweight boxing division has never been crazier, but it seems like Britain will have another champion sooner or later.
