Oh the joys of being a grandparent! Real Housewives Of The Orange County star, Vicki Gunvalson has plenty to be happy about this summer, including the birth of her second grandson, a new book, and finding a new home.

MStars News has learned, that Bravo's The Dish caught up with the grandmother, as she updated her fans on her new grandson.

"He's a couple weeks old now," she said. "I was there for the delivery. Briana is doing good. She's having a tough time without her mama there but I'm trying to get her back to California for a few weeks and to get her back with family, friends and the atmosphere. But she's not ready to get on a plane just yet."

The grandmother reveals that her grandson, Owen is a cutiepie. "He's little!" she continues, "He's like a little peanut!"

Owen may the center of attention at the moment, and someone seems to be a little jealous.  "[His brother] Troy doesn't really like him yet!" Vicki says as she giggles. "Troy is 19 months. He gave him a toy car yesterday and that was his first interaction, like, 'If you're going to stick around, you have to play cars!' He doesn't really get why the baby is here."

Though Briana, Vicki's daughter may be living in Oklahoma with her husband, Ryan, Vicki is trying to figure where she will be living next. "I'm just ready for a change," as she revealed she was house searching again. "My whole theory is when life changes, you have to change everything."

The reality star moves quick, because the site reveals that she has already found a new property. "It's in Dana Point," she says, describing her new home with a 180-degree ocean view, that sits on top of a hill. "It's gorgeous!"

Congrats Vicki, we are glad that this summer is an exciting one for you.
