For four NBA seasons, Chris Bosh and LeBron James were inseparable, however, Bosh thinks James' decision to rejoin the Cleveland Cavaliers will make himself and his Miami Heat team better for it, sort of, anyway. He claims he now has a "revitalized" perception when playing the game, which probably translates along the lines of 'I have to play better now the best player in the NBA has gone'.

Bosh said it would give them a chip on their shoulder and allow the team to gel, and come together, and do special things. He will now have a much bigger role, and one he's not been used to since his days with the Toronto Raptors. He explained "Teamwise, if we come together we can do a bunch of special things. We're still going to be competitive. It gives us an opportunity to play with a chip on our shoulder. It has revitalized my attitude towards basketball a little bit. And I'm really excited."

Bosh revealed that he was close to joining the Houston Rockets, but that he couldn't leave the heat, especially after the LeBron James heartbreak. He claims it will make them a better team, but this just seems like a toned-down version of Cavaliers' owner Dan Gilbert and his scathing letter he wrote after LeBron left. Instead of adding hatred towards his friend, he's almost challenged him, saying his old Heat side will still be great, but perhaps wonders if his new team can match their old form?

Could Bosh and James ever play together again, and did the pair make the right decisions in picking their current NBA teams?
